How to participate Campaign:
- Participant shall have his own TrueMoney account.
- Participant shall access the TrueMoney application and select the “Overseas Transfer” icon or banner
- Participant shall have never used the Overseas Transfer on the TrueMoney application before and shall make his first overseas money transfer, with a minimum transfer amount of THB 1,000 (One Thousand Thai Baht). The oversea money transfer can be made to countries where TrueMoney provides services, totaling 44 (forty-four) countries, according to the list of countries and transfer fee details in the table below:

Remark: Oversea money transfer to Myanmar and Cambodia are not included in this Campaign.
- Participant shall complete the oversea money transfer and pay the transfer fee according to the specified steps until completion.
Prize Details:
Participant shall receive a full refund of the transfer fee according to the transfer fee rate of the destination country. The aforementioned refund will be credited to the TrueMoney account within 1 (one) business day after the oversea money transfer transaction is completed as specified.
Remark: The Company limits 1 (one) right per 1 (one) national identification number throughout the Campaign Period.
Terms and Conditions of Campaign
This Terms and Conditions is intended to inform the Participant about the details and conditions for participating in the Campaign “Free transfer fees for the first overseas money transfer via TrueMoney” (“Campaign”). In this regard, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the Campaign Period, participation method, Prize Details including other terms and conditions as follows:
- This Campaign is organized by True Money Company Limited (the “Company”).
- Eligible Participant shall receive the Prize once he/she is fully compliance with the participation method, including all other terms and conditions of the Campaign within the Campaign Period only.
- Eligible Participant shall receive the Prize within 1 (one) business day after completing the procedure for participating in the Campaign, unless there is a disruption or an event beyond the Company’s control. In the event that the Company discovered any error in awarding the Prize, the Company has the right to cancel the Prize and/or demand the return of the Prize immediately, without prior notice to the Participant and the Eligible Participant.
Additionally, Participant and the Eligible Participant acknowledge that if there is an expiration date for the use of the Prize, and the Prize is not used or fully utilized within the specified period, the Company reserves the right to cancel the Prize at its discretion, without the need to notify the Participant and the Eligible Participant. Furthermore, any unused or partially used of Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items. - In the event that the Company found that a Participant or the Eligible Participant (a) cancels the payment for goods and/or services and/or requests a refund of such payment; or (b) has the intention or behavior of using the Prize for commercial purposes or inappropriately; or (c) violates any of the terms and conditions of this Campaign; or (d) engages in fraud, corruption, or any unlawful act; or (e) has any other reason that the Participant or the Eligible Participant cannot claim or use the Prize, the Company reserves the right to disqualify any Prize entitlement under this Campaign and/or reclaim any granted Prizes and/or take any other actions deemed appropriate by the Company without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to change the Campaign Period, participation methods, Prizes and any terms and conditions and/or any details, with prior notice to Participant in advance. In the case of any disputes, the Company’s decision is final.
- Prizes under this Campaign cannot be exchanged, returned and/or converted into cash nor cannot be transferred the rights to receive the prize to others. Additionally, Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other campaign events.
- Participant certifies that all information provided for identity verification is their own and is accurate. If the Company founds that such provided information is false and/or not the Participant’s information, the Company reserves the right to cancel the Prize and claim damages from the Participant.
- In relation to participation of the Campaign, the Participant agrees and acknowledges that the Company has necessity to process personal data such as name-surname, telephone number, including information on identity card of the Participant for the purpose of carrying out the Campaign. The Company may disclose personal data of the Participant to third party who processes personal data for the Company in relation to carrying out the Campaign.

Understanding Your Transaction Status
1) In Progress This status means that the recipient’s bank or the local service provider is currently processing the transaction and verifying the details before crediting the funds to the recipient’s account.
2) Unsuccessful This status indicates that the transfer has been rejected. The funds are currently being processed for a refund back to your TrueMoney Wallet. Common reasons for a failed transaction include:
- Incorrect recipient account information: (e.g., wrong account number or bank code).
- Inactive account: The recipient’s account has not been used for a long period.
- Account restrictions: The recipient’s account is not authorized to receive international funds.
Recommendation:
We recommend contacting the recipient to verify their account details and ensure the account is active before attempting the transfer again.
